To Use- Saturate a cotton ball and gently wipe away eye makeup.

Love this bc it’s an eye-makeup remover that’s not oil-based so it has a non-greasy finish and leaves no film on the skin! It doesn’t irritate my eyes either which is also rare!

Love that this a non oily formula so leaves no residue behind and doesn’t irritate my sensitive eyes. I do find I have to use quite a bit to get my eye makeup off so a bottle doesn’t last as long as I’d like but I guess that’s the compromise for safe ingredients.
